I bring you over 27,000 hours of Professional experience working with individuals and groups in intimate settings. Besides being trained as a Sexual Trauma Therapist and Intimacy Coordinator, I’m also a Mental Health Advocate and can provide hundreds of additional resources for your film.
I’m confident, present and able to handle the stress that you may not have time to. a mature adult that can handle the most stressful situations so you can focus on your film and produce the quality of scenes you desire without worrying about legalities and harassment.

Bio- Alison Leigh
Alison Leigh, MFT (she/her) is an Intimacy Coordinator, Sexuality Clinician/Sex Therapist, an On-Set Therapist, Sexual Educator and a Sexual Cultural Competency Consultant. As an Intimacy Coordinator, she's had the opportunity to bring her mastery of sexuality therapy/education, mental health and TV/film production to life for several companies including corporate clients such as Google, Airbnb and Zynga and Sex Positive productions associated with HBO, Netflix and Crave networks.
Alison is actively involved in sexuality advocacy, authenticity, and consent work in TV & Film. She is well versed in on-screen movement & choreography, anti-harassment, proper use of modesty garments, design of genital prosthetics, mediation & conflict resolution, bystander intervention, trauma work, LGBTQ support, kink/BDSM, alternative relationship structures, and holds multiple certifications in competency around gender, sexuality, race, as well as disability, and is certified in Mental Health First Aid. In addition to Intimacy Coordinating, as a therapist she specializes individual, couple, and family therapy, Alison leads groups and workshops pertaining to LGBTQ issues, consent culture, kink, sexuality education and sex positivity. In therapy she can bring any of these skills to television and film sets as a consultant or cast & crew support.
Prior to her venture into the mental health profession, she worked in television and film production at the early age of 8 and modeled and acted for over 3 decades.
Alison is also a 15 year experienced body worker, massage therapist and movement specialist. She is a member of CAMFT. Outside of her professional and educational background, she is a dancer, athlete and coach and an avid lover of good people and good food.

A Little History
Alison Leigh’s path to becoming an intimacy coordinator started at the tender age of eight, when she began training as a commercial model and actress in Chicago, Il. Her first commercial was for McDonalds and she continued to model and act until the age of 38 simultaneously juggling school, career and modeling. She won several auditions and found herself modeling for big store retailers and won the lead in an MTV Music Video in the 80’s. Alison’s success continued and she appeared on several billboards in and around the Chicago land area, starred in fashion shows and appeared in local trade magazines and catalogs.
While she went to college, she worked as a Talent and Model Agent and an Etiquette Instructor having taught self esteem, posture and body confidence to young adult actors in pursuit of an acting and modeling career.
After college, she became a bodyworker, massage therapist and taught ethics for the American Massage Therapist Association. Due to her training in Psychology, she created the first program in San Francisco that specifically addressed overcoming Sexual Trauma for survivors of incest and rape. Several business’s brought in Alison in to teach safe consent and how to be aware of any environment incase of an emergency.
